Togu Senso balance set: step-by-step balance training
The Togu Senso balance set includes 3 pairs of balancing elements – 2 balance pads, 2 balance cushions and 2 balance hedgehogs. You can therefore set up a balance path in a matter of minutes. A pair of red, flat balance pads form the starting point. The Senso pimples on the surface pleasantly massage the foot reflex zones. Using the pair of balance cushions you can increase the challenge of your balancing course: the air inside makes them a dynamic base. This means the user’s sense of balance and muscles that surround the joints have to work to counteract the dynamics during balancing. With the pair of balance hedgehogs, the dynamics are increased even further by the curved surface. The balance cushions and hedgehogs are also equipped with soothing Senso pimples on the upper side.
