The pro performance gyroboard has a surface like a skateboard. A spring is attached to the board’s underside and is attached to 4 base feet. The board can be set to one of 3 levels to suit your level of ability. The carry bag supplied can be used to store the trainer away compactly. The gyroboard is different from the sensoboard in that it wobbles more and has a rotating function. The performance version is also different from its predecessor, the “Health & Fitness” gyroboard. It has a higher spring, making it wobble more.
