The Balanco balance board is a simple, yet very effective device for training coordination and balance. The set consists of a basic balance board that you can insert different ball puzzles into. Three puzzles are included: Maze, Yin-Yang and Zigzag.

The Maze is an extraordinary labyrinth for the ball, which only has one route to the other side. You need to have full control over your movements and change direction quickly in order to navigate through the tightly packed columns. The Yin-Yang puzzle consists of two intertwined spirals and has a medium degree of difficulty. With simultaneous circular movements guide both balls at the same time into the centre of the board and back. The Zigzag puzzle resembles a winding, narrow mountain pass. Guide the ball along the pass by smoothly shifting your weight from one side to the other. It is important to get the timing right for accelerating and slowing down – much like with a motorbike weaving through a mountain pass.
